IBC’s en drums
Warboy
Reusable plastic drums for liquids.
- Rotomoulded seamless heavy walled drums.
- Double walled design for additional safety.
- Up to 10 years of service life capability.
- 30L and 45L capacities.
- Wide range of colours available.
- Closure options.
- Printing options.
The Warboy is a re-usable container of double walled construction primarily designed for the transporation and storage of dangerous liquids. The container incorporates an integral ergonomically shaped handring, an offset pouring spout and secure interstacking features. Side walls are provided with large recessed label attachment areas. Considerable attention has been paid to smooth geometry thus ensuring easy cleaning.
The container is rotationally moulded in LMDPE. Unlike blow moulding the process is essentially stress free and creates a container with no seams or welds. The bodies of the mouldings are of generally uniform wall thickness with thickening in corners and radii where reinforcement is of most benefit.
The polymer used in the manufacture of the container is highly UV stabilised and exhibits excellent low temperature impact strength, chemical resistance and ESCR. The Warboy double walled design is unique. The external drum provides impact protection for the inner drum which contains the product.
Warhorse
Reusable plastic drums for liquids.
- Rotomoulded seamless heavy walled drums.
- Optimal draining design.
- Range of colours available.
- Standard closure and cap tap closure provided.
The Warhorse is a re-usable drum primarily designed for the storage and transport of equestrian water.
The drum incorporates an integral ergonomically shaped handring, an offset pouring spout and secure interstacking features. The design allows optimal draining with less than 0.1% of nominal capacity retained when the container is emptied.
Warhorse drums are supplied with a cap and with a cap tap to allow controlled water dispensing. The drum is rotationally moulded in LMDPE2. Unlike blow moulding the process is essentially stress free and creates a container with no seams or welds. The body of the moulding is of generally uniform wall thickness with thickening in corners and radii where reinforcement is of most benefit.
The polymer used in the manufacture of the drum is highly UV stabilised and exhibits excellent low temperature impact strength, chemical resistance and ESCR.
Warlord
Reusable plastic drums for liquids.
- Rotomoulded seamless heavy walled drums.
- Up to 5 years of service life capability.
- Optimal draining design.
- 20L, 28L and 30L capacities.
- Wide range of colours available.
- Closure options including UN compliant hand tight option.
- Printing options.
The Warlord is a re-usable drum primarily designed for use with dangerous liquids. The square round form enables efficient pallet space utilisation.
The container incorporates an integral ergonomically shaped handring, an offset pouring spout and secure interstacking features. Side walls are provided with large label attachment areas. The design allows optimal draining with less than 0.1% of nominal capacity retained when the container is emptied.
The closure is of buttress type. The 30 Litre Warlord is available with an optional hand tight closure (7 Nm). A vented hand tight closure is available for products requiring pressure relief. The Warlord CF has a closed dispense system for use with products that need to be handled avoiding human contact.

The polymer used in the manufacture of the container is highly UV stabilised and exhibits excellent low temperature impact strength, chemical resistance and environmental stress crack resistance.
Light Duty IBC
Reusable IBCs for liquids.
- Welded steel frames.
- Blow moulded inner liner.
- Optional plastic or composite pallet base.
- Vented closure option.
The Light Duty IBC is a composite IBC designed for the transportation and storage of liquids. It is UN Group II approved.
The liner is blow moulded from HDPE, providing resistance to chemical corrosion. The specialised cage provides superior protection in service and flexes more efficiently than tubular steel alternatives.
This unit also has the benefit of having the same external dimension to other leading brands, allowing direct replacement for other manufacturer’s light duty IBCs.
Before use, every Light Duty IBC should be inspected to ensure that it is free from corrosion or damage. Any Light Duty IBC which shows signs of reduced strength compared with the tested design type should no longer be used or should be repaired so that it is able to withstand the design type tests.
